These are the major bus stations that can transport you to different places in the city. The best thing about this is that it will only cost you around €2 for every ride.
If your Malaga Spain travel will be through land transportation, you can either choose to ride their train, busses or taxi. The bus stations are usually just right next to the stations of trains. All of these are for only a few euros.
On the other hand, if you want to travel via sea, you can choose to do so. There are already lots of cruise lines that travel in the Mediterranean region.
