Alicante Cabo Beach – The Wildness and Freedom of Untouched Nature

If you are looking for something really unique, the rocky Alicante Cabo beach is your choice. Situated between Albufereta and San Juan, it forms a part of a very peaceful residential area with beautiful holiday villas and the lighthouse.

Here you can feel the wildness of untouched nature. But be careful when walking or jumping into the water! There are a lot of rocks! No sand here! However, there is a lot of places where you could lay down your towel, as millions of years of erosion formed numerous flat rocky plates – nature takes care of tourists in Alicante Spain.

What could you do on this fascinating rocky Alicante Cabo beach? Here you have almost absolute freedom. A large part of this beach is a nudist one, with a lot of gay visitors. You can swim, take a walk, enjoy the sun, and find a quiet isolated place just for you and your partner. Perhaps you simply want to explore nature or even ride a mountain bike.

Arriving at Alicante Cabo beach is a bit tricky. You could take bus number 22 towards the suburb Cabo de las Huertas, but you will never know exactly where to stop. This beach is down the hill, which cannot be noticed easily. At the top of the hill there are two white Greek columns that, unfortunately, cannot be seen from the bus. Therefore, I recommend you to go first to the beginning of the long sand beach of San Juan and then just walk back along the rocky seashore, passing by the lighthouse.

The central Postiguet beach
Discover this gem, just a walk away from Alicante City Hall. The Postiguet beach invites you to have a walk along its lively promenade.

The San Juan beach
Impressively long San Juan beach of Alicante Costa Blanca is for sure one of the best on the Spanish coast.

The Albufereta beach
Small and quiet Albufereta Alicante beach is a pleasant alternative to other main beaches of our city.

Urbanova beach
Outside of the city, Urbanova nudist beach is never too crowded. It offers kilometers of sand and a fantastic view of the city and its harbor.
